APB was started to give people a fighting chance in the coming future. Due to increasingly high tensions around the world the missile silos and bunkers that were on the market are gone. That only leaves building a bunker if we want a place to go if the world goes south. We only build 5000 sqft and larger, $10,000,000 builds and larger. You will need to have your own land or be ready to buy your land as soon as APB is retained. Your project value does not include land or upgrades. Minimum retainer is $1,000,000.00
